* MINIMISE ALCOHOL INTAKE.

TO BOOST YOUR IMMUNITY
* MAKE SURE YOU DO REGULAR EXERCISE EVEN IF THERE ARE SLOWER FORMS LIKE TAI CHI AND YOGA.

* A REGULAR INTAKE OF VITAMIN C HELPS BOOST IMMUNITY A GREAT DEAL.
