Baba Ramdev discharged, vows to continue fight

Baba Ramdev has
vowed to continue his fight
against corruption and black
money.
Speaking to mediamen after
being discharged from
hospital in Dehradun, Baba
Ramdev defended his
agitation against black money
and reiterated his demand
that all black money be
brought back to the country.
Ramdev said his protest in
Delhi was peaceful,
constitutional and did not
violate any laws.
Referring to the midnight police crackdown
on his supporters in Delhi, Ramdev said the
atrocities at the Ramlila ground will never be
forgotten.
He thanked all his supporters for their
support throughout the agitation.
Earlier, releasing Ramdev from hospital the
doctors advised him to take rest. They asked
him not to do breathing exercises and yoga
till he was completely fit.
Baba Ramdev was forcibly shifted to
Dehradun hospital from his ashram in
Haridwar where he was sitting on an
indefinite fast alongwith his supporters,
after his health deteriorated.
The fasting yoga guru was rushed to
Dehradun after local doctors sounded alarm
and advised his immediate hospitalisation.
Ramdev, who conitnued with his fast in the
hospital, eventually took fruit juice on
Sunday after several leaders, including Art of
Living founder Sri Sri Ravishankar urged him
to break his fast.
